Terms of service

- Commissions are for personal use only unless agreed upon otherwise.
- I have the right to deny any commission request for any reason.
- Clients must provide clear and complete visual references when submitting a request. I am not responsible for missing details if they were not included in the provided materials.
- My rates might change in the future. Commission requests received in between five days before the announced/known opening commission slots are subject to the prices of the new opening.
- Do not feed my art to AI. Do not edit it with AI elements. Do not use it for NFTs in any way.
- The commission is a customized digital drawing. No physical product is delivered.
- For doodle/sketch/comic commissions: Creative freedom is granted (not appliable to comic) + design simplification may applyPRICING:
Additional fees may apply depending on complexity or extra revisions required.
Full Payment Upfront for commissions under EUR 150 via Invoice (commission + platform reception fees). Commissions over EUR 150 can be paid in two installments. One upfront and one at the approval of the draft. Work will be put on hold until the full amount has been received.
Payment either via paypal or stripe.
If a remaining payment is not received within 30 days of the payment request, the commission will be considered abandoned. Any work will stop and final/high-resolution files will not be delivered.
- It is the sole responsibility of the customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.
Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before the art process begins.REVISIONS:
- Minor revisions: small adjustments such as adding small details (with no need to redraw the piece) and slight colour adjustments.
- Major revisions: significant adjustments that requires me to redraw some/whole parts of the piece, significant colour adjustments (changes to base colour, etc), changes in expressions, added details that are not initially requested
- Corrections required due to an error on my part do not affect the revision allotment.
Regular commissions:
Planning stage: You can change ideas in the scope of the proposal. The draft stage encompasses one major revision. Each stage from draft to rendering has two minor revisions allotted.
Doodle commission:
Planning stage: You can change ideas in the scope of the proposal. The piece can receive two minor edits at its delivery.
Lineart/comic commission:

- Cancellations are accepted only during the planning stage. No refund and cancellation afterwards. Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in the suspension of usage rights and refusal of future commissions.
- Unfinished commissions by the turnaround time will be refunded by a partial (20%) to full price depending on the artwork’s progress.Schedule, deadlines, communication style
- Rush deadlines must be discussed and accepted before payment.
- Estimated Turnaround Time is 1 to 7 weeks depending on the type of commission, the complexity, the queue, and my current IRL circumstances. I will update on my socials/trello if anything happens.
- After the drafting stages, I do not usually contact clients unless I really have to confirm something/update on progress. Feel free to contact me anytime to ask for progress pics.
- My Trello is provided to track your status for transparency.
- Clients can contact me through my socials and I will try to reply as soon as possible. (check my homepage).
- Harassment, threats, discriminatory conduct, or other abusive behavior may result in termination of the commission. Any refund will be determined based on work already completed.Usage rights and copyright
Content monetization and commercial licenses fees can be discussed first.
If the client requires a contract or NDA, please provide it prior to payment for preview and agreement.
I will not claim the Intellectual Property (IP) of the commissioned characters.
Do not feed the artwork to AI, recreate with AI similar or inspired pieces, claim the artwork as your own and/or use it for NFTs.
Unless otherwise agreed before payment, I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio and on my social media. Private/NDA commissions must be arranged before payment with an additional fee.
Personal usage
Social media and profile usage with proper credit. Physical product production for personal display (no sale).
Commercial: content
Social media and profile usage on monetized channels with proper credit. The artwork is not sold as a product.
Commercial: merchandise
Stream assets (overlays, emotes, VTuber/PNGtuber models, etc)
Digital merchandise for sale
Asset(s) usage as part of creating and distributing commercial and monetized digital content which are promotional, streaming or branding usage.File delivery
- The final digital piece will be delivered digitally via Google Drive Folder in high-resolution PNGformat (unless otherwise agreed).Privacy
- Both parties (Seller and client) agree not to disclose each other’s legal or personal information (e.g. Full name) unless agreed otherwise between parties or legally required to during the process and after the commission.
